1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the oke7 platform ("Platform"), including but not limited to the website located at oke7.club and any related mobile interfaces, you ("User," "Player," or "you") enter into a legally binding agreement with oke7 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the account registration process or, where registration is not required, from the moment you first access any feature of the Platform.

Your continued use of oke7 following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you disagree with any provision at any time, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11.

2. Eligibility

Use of the oke7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and strictly enforced. oke7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legal. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of oke7 complies with applicable local laws.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal disability or those who have been subject to a self-exclusion order from oke7 or any PAGCOR-affiliated platform are not eligible to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each natural person may hold only one (1) oke7 account. Registration of duplicate accounts is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform.

oke7 uses automated and manual identity verification processes to enforce eligibility requirements. By registering, you consent to these verification procedures, including the collection and processing of your government-issued identification documents as required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money features of oke7, you must create an account by providing a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, creating a secure password, and completing the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification process required by PAGCOR. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID).

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. oke7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify oke7 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. oke7 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 Account Ownership

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your oke7 account or any rights or obligations arising under this Agreement to any third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

oke7 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. oke7 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time and will be reflected in the Platform's Wallet section.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified account holder. oke7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. oke7 targets GCash withdrawal processing within 15 minutes but does not guarantee processing times, which may be affected by payment provider schedules, banking hours, or compliance review requirements.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the oke7 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.5 No Liability for Payment Provider Failures

oke7 shall not be held liable for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banking institutions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

oke7 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are awarded to one verified account per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in individual promotion terms.
• oke7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Free spins, free bets, and other non-cash promotional credits expire within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fairness

All games offered on oke7 are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers according to the published rules for each game variant.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, oke7 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable wager. oke7's records of game outcomes shall be the authoritative record in the event of any dispute regarding a game result.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke7 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games, payment systems, or the Platform interface.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any activity in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
• Colluding with other players or manipulating game outcomes through any method.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or using an account on behalf of a third party.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymization services in a manner designed to circumvent geographic or identity restrictions.

oke7 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold any balances pending investigation, and to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and law enforcement agencies.

8. Responsible Gaming

oke7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming (RG) framework. The following tools are available to all registered players within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts triggered after continuous play of a user-defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during active sessions showing time elapsed and net session result.

oke7 reserves the right to enforce mandatory responsible gaming measures on accounts that exhibit indicators of problem gambling, including restricting deposits or requiring cooling-off periods, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the oke7 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, trademarks, trade dress, logos, text, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of oke7 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from oke7.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE PHILIPPINE LAW, OKE7 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

oke7's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from oke7's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." oke7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 By oke7

oke7 may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of this Agreement; (b) oke7 is required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law; (c) your account shows indicators of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; or (d) oke7 reasonably suspects money laundering or other financial crime.

11.2 By the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting oke7 support via live chat. Account closure will be processed after any pending withdrawals are completed and any outstanding wagering requirements have been reviewed. Voluntarily closed accounts with a verified balance will have those funds returned to the player's registered withdrawal method.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12 — shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. oke7 operates under a valid license issued by PAGCOR, and any regulatory matters are subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact oke7 through the official support channels to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

oke7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or SMS notification to the address or number on file, and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice except where changes are required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
